Joy Hinson is an experienced coach and mentor. Coming from a background in both research and professional services, Joy has held several senior leadership positions in a Russell group university. She brings to her coaching practise thirty years of experience of working with people at all levels in a university, from Senior Executive to undergraduate students. Joy has been a mentor on the Leadership Foundation Aurora programme and in the University of London BMentoring scheme.

Since leaving Higher Education in 2017 Joy has completed her ILM level 7 training in Senior and Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She has worked as a coach and mentor with a wide range of clients in the commercial, public and charity sectors.
